Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and The Mania Group LLC (“we”, “us”) for the Shwa Paw app and website. By using Shwa Paw you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

Shwa Paw plans weekly meals within a budget, builds a grocery list and suggests healthier swaps. Recipes, prices and nutrition are provided for planning and convenience.

Shwa Paw Plus subscriptions

• Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly). Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. If a free trial is offered, you’re charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

Prices, nutrition and allergies

Store prices are weekly estimates and may differ at checkout. Nutrition values are estimates calculated from ingredient data. Shwa Paw is not medical or dietary advice; talk to a professional about specific health needs. Always check labels for allergens. Diet and allergy filters help but can’t guarantee a product or recipe is free of an ingredient.

Your content

You own the recipes, photos and notes you add. You give us permission to store and process them so we can provide the app to you. Only import content you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Shwa Paw: no attempting to break or overload the service, access other people’s data, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

Shwa Paw’s recipes, photos, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial cooking and planning.

Ending use

You can stop using Shwa Paw and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

Shwa Paw is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise it will be error-free or always available, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its content, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes we’ll tell you in the app; continuing to use Shwa Paw means you accept them.
